Conversation with Anne Cathrine Bomann

After the success of her first book "Agathe," Anne Cathrine Bomann is in Montreal as part of FIKA(S) to present her latest book released in 2023: "Blue Notes (En dehors de la gamme)" (La Peuplade Editions). "Blue Notes" is a novel about grief, love, and science. How far should we go in a world where new diagnoses and treatments are constantly emerging? How intense can the pain of grief become? To what extent can we go to avoid pain?

Discussion hosted by Marie-Andrée Lamontagne, writer, editor, journalist, and translator.

FIKA(S) thanks the Danish Arts Foundation and La Peuplade. With the support of the Embassy of Denmark in Ottawa.
